A free LettuceMeet alternative, with no accounts
Overlap does what you came to LettuceMeet for — one link, everyone marks when they are free, best time wins — and then puts that time in everyone’s calendar. Nobody signs up for anything.
The difference is what happens after the group agrees. Overlap turns the winning time into a real calendar invitation, sent from the organiser's own calendar with a Meet link, so nobody has to copy the time into a chat and hope.

- The privacy policy says people may visit anonymously, and an email on a response is described as used only to update you about that meeting. Editing a response that was saved to an account requires being signed in as that user. ↩
- The homepage description says the product is 100% free with no account required, and the app offers Continue as guest. An account is optional. The signup page lists a Google or Outlook calendar overlay, editing meetings later, and notifications as the reasons to create one. ↩
- The how-it-works page says you pick dates, fill in your availability, share a link, and LettuceMeet overlays everyone's responses to find the best slot. It is not a poll of times the organiser typed out in advance. ↩
- Linking Google lets LettuceMeet view your events while you fill availability, and add or update events it creates on that calendar. The homepage calls this Google Calendar integration. The how-it-works steps stop once the best slot is visible, and the site does not say LettuceMeet emails the group an invitation. ↩
- The homepage loads Google AdSense, and the cookie notice says marketing cookies are used to provide customized ads. The privacy policy also mentions sharing information with advertisers. ↩
- The homepage description says 100% free. On 19 October 2026 the site had no pricing page, and the app had no paid plan in its public copy. ↩
When LettuceMeet is the better answer
You want your Google or Outlook calendar drawn underneath the grid while you fill availability, and you want an account so you can edit the meeting later and hear when someone responds.
Why people go looking
The published steps end at an overlay of everyone's availability. Writing the meeting onto a calendar depends on linking Google, and the site carries advertising.
What Overlap does with your data
Giving an email address is optional, and an address is only ever used to put you on one calendar invitation. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking. Everything about an event is deleted automatically 365 days after it is created — see the privacy policy, which names every company that receives anything.
Try it against your next actual meeting
The honest test is a real group, not a demo. Create an event, paste the link in the group chat, and see whether it is less work than what you did last time. If it is not, LettuceMeet is still there.
